100th Grey Cup® celebrations would not be complete without a mention of the 50th, a championship game where the weather played itself into the history books. The Fog Bowl of 1962 —featuring Winnipeg and Hamilton— is captured in this collector's stamp. Fog settled on the field as play began, and eventually became so thick that Canadian Football League™ Commissioner, G. Sydney Halter, suspended play early in the fourth quarter. Winnipeg carried a 28-27 lead forward to the next afternoon, no more points were scored, and the Blue Bombers claimed the first and only Grey Cup contested over two days.
